Day Twelve - Week 2


Day Twelve:

Breakfast: 2 Boiled eggs, 2 small coconut pancakes, turkey bacon

Lunch: Left over meat loaf, diet tea

Dinner: Lamb roast in pot mixed with all kinds of veggies including cabbage. YUM



Snack: 1 small coconut pancake with blueberrys, Mixed nuts

Exercise: 14min bike

Note: I feel good today it comes and goes the tiredness. For awhile I am fine all energized then I have to go lay down for a bit.

Day Eleven - Week 2


Day Eleven: (Lost 6 lbs on this diet on my weigh in day) 2 lbs b4 that so total of 6 lbs)

Breakfast:: Eggs, ham slices mixed w/olives, red pepper, coffee.

Lunch: Left over House soup we had for dinner the other night.

Dinner: Healthy meatloaf made w/dried onion, tomato sauce, eggs, chopped carrots, celery, flax seed, pasture raised beef/lamb mixture. Leftover sweet potatoes & broccoli on side, coffee wanted something warm.

Snack: Nuts mostly pecans and almonds.

Exercise: Yes 13min on bike

Note: Feeling better today not dizzy or nauseated I wanted to go to Chiropractor but husband car wouldnt start so had to stay home he took my car. Kind of sluggish I guess cause it was cold and wet outside today it rained. I don't do well in cold weather.

Day Ten - Week 2


Day ten:

Brunch: Ham slices, coffee blueberries, & pancakes made with coconut flour, http://hivelogic.com/articles/best-paleo-pancake-recipe/  (Calls for can of coconut milk figured that was about 2  1/2 cups) needs lots more liquid.

Dinner: Cornish hen's, sweet potato slices, Salad & lemon/salt cucumber slices, stevia lemonade.

Snack: Mixed nuts

Exercise: None, but walking around farm

Note: Woke up around 3am with night mare couldnt go back to sleep. felt fine till around 3pm started feeling nauseated & dizzy, felt better got up started to prepare dinner in the middle I started sweating a lot & getting nauseated again. Not sure why I am all nauseated today I am guessing its part of the detox? Going to the Chiro just in case tonight could be a neck problem it has happened b4.

Day Nine - Week 2


Day Nine:

Breakfast: Eggs, Sausage pattys, coffee.

Lunch: Bill Miller Sausage link, brisket, turkey meat, w/salad water

Dinner: Happy Guy Chinese food house soup (consist of pork, chicken, shrimp, bean sprout, carrots, brocoli
Snack: orange

Exercise: Walked w/cubscouts & boyscouts handing out flyers for a food drive, walked a few miles was on my feet most the day because of derby race.

Note: Was out most the day was hard to decide what we would eat when out, but I think we dd pretty good. Felt really good til the end of day but my heel spurs were hurting be because of all the walking & standing nothing to do with diet however by 9pm I was wiped went to bed early then woke up around 4am and couldnt sleep no more :( my schedule is messed up.

Day Eight - Week 2


Week 2

Day eight:

Breakfast: 2 Eggs/1 Hebrew National frank, coffee

Lunch: Mongolian stir fry restaurant http://www.genghisgrill.com/   chicken, seafood, diet coke

Dinner: Stir fry with beef, diet tea

Snack: cup raw milk (I know I know but its raw ;p)

Exercise: 13min bike

Note: Feel tons better today, no running nose my cold is completely gone, no after affects cough! ??? I talked to hubby I don't think I did have a cold or allergy I think it was me detoxing. The more I think about it the more I am convinced I was!!!!
Lunch was Great... grill kind of expensive so next time doing a few things differently when ordering.

Day Seven - Week 1


Day Seven:

Brunch: Pasture 2 eggs, with spinach & two chopped up Hebrew national franks

Dinner: Stuffed green peppers, pasture raised ground beef, red pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, spinach, mushroom, a bit of tomato sauce, onion.

Snack: Mixed nuts

Exercise:13min bike

Note: Still feeling under the weather but a bit better.

Day Six- Week 1


Day Six:

Breakfast: Pasture-2 Eggs & turkey sausage

Lunch: Lamb stew. Hubby made it with carrots, celery, tomatoes.

Dinner: Lean ribeye steak, asparagus, Corn on cob (forgot I wasnt suppose to have this yikes)
Snack:

Exercise: None feeling sick

Note: Hard time breathing, I felt bad not doing exercise. My nose is just running like crazy. I keep sneezing and sneezing. Allergy ? Cold ??

Day Five - Week 1


Day Five - Week 1

Breakfast: & 7am: Fruit, orange, blueberries, water, supplements, 10am, 2 Pasture-eggs mixed with turkey sausage more water.

Lunch: Not sure if I ate or not I can't remember I fell asleep.

Dinner: Lamb chops, mixed salad, brussel sprouts

Snack: Mixed nuts, carrot cake from above.

Exercise: 12min bike

Note: Didnt feel good today I am coming down with cold, Frustrating since I just started this new diet.  :( Will not eat only fruit so early in the morning, I think it was too much & it has too much sugar in it, upset my stomach, need to just mix it with rest of my food.

Day Four- Week 1


Day Four:

Breakfast:: Fruit which consist of 2 small oranges, banana, grapes, 2 small almond pancakes w/raspberries & water.

Lunch: 2 Hebrew National beef franks

Dinner: Steamed Cod fish, steamed green beans, mix green salad

Snack: Mixed nuts, almond carrot cake, I did have 1 cup of raw milk. I know I am suppose to stay away but hard to eat cake without it :)

Exercise: 12min on bike hill.

Note: I felt really good today I slept late, I think I caught up on my sleep. No sugar withdrawals, I even managed to go grocery shopping without wanting anything sweet. Still crave sugar but its easier today.
