Day Eight - Week 2


Week 2

Day eight:

Breakfast: 2 Eggs/1 Hebrew National frank, coffee

Lunch: Mongolian stir fry restaurant http://www.genghisgrill.com/   chicken, seafood, diet coke

Dinner: Stir fry with beef, diet tea

Snack: cup raw milk (I know I know but its raw ;p)

Exercise: 13min bike

Note: Feel tons better today, no running nose my cold is completely gone, no after affects cough! ??? I talked to hubby I don't think I did have a cold or allergy I think it was me detoxing. The more I think about it the more I am convinced I was!!!!
Lunch was Great... grill kind of expensive so next time doing a few things differently when ordering.
