Day Four- Week 1
Breakfast:: Fruit which consist of 2 small oranges, banana, grapes, 2 small almond pancakes w/raspberries & water.
Lunch: 2 Hebrew National beef franks
Dinner: Steamed Cod fish, steamed green beans, mix green salad
Snack: Mixed nuts, almond carrot cake, I did have 1 cup of raw milk. I know I am suppose to stay away but hard to eat cake without it :)
Exercise: 12min on bike hill.
Note: I felt really good today I slept late, I think I caught up on my sleep. No sugar withdrawals, I even managed to go grocery shopping without wanting anything sweet. Still crave sugar but its easier today.
