Day Twelve:
Breakfast: 2 Boiled eggs, 2 small coconut pancakes, turkey bacon
Lunch: Left over meat loaf, diet tea
Dinner: Lamb roast in pot mixed with all kinds of veggies including cabbage.
YUM
Snack: 1 small coconut pancake with blueberrys, Mixed nuts
Exercise: 14min bike
Note: I feel good today it comes and goes the tiredness. For awhile I am
fine all energized then I have to go lay down for a bit.
