Day Five - Week 1


Day Five - Week 1

Breakfast: & 7am: Fruit, orange, blueberries, water, supplements, 10am, 2 Pasture-eggs mixed with turkey sausage more water.

Lunch: Not sure if I ate or not I can't remember I fell asleep.

Dinner: Lamb chops, mixed salad, brussel sprouts

Snack: Mixed nuts, carrot cake from above.

Exercise: 12min bike

Note: Didnt feel good today I am coming down with cold, Frustrating since I just started this new diet.  :( Will not eat only fruit so early in the morning, I think it was too much & it has too much sugar in it, upset my stomach, need to just mix it with rest of my food.
