Day Seven - Week 1


Day Seven:

Brunch: Pasture 2 eggs, with spinach & two chopped up Hebrew national franks

Dinner: Stuffed green peppers, pasture raised ground beef, red pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, spinach, mushroom, a bit of tomato sauce, onion.

Snack: Mixed nuts

Exercise:13min bike

Note: Still feeling under the weather but a bit better.
